Kindergarten Connection

Your child's week with Mrs. DeLapa

                                                 Last Week

Your children did a wonderful job of showing the preschoolers from the YMCA all about Brown School and Kindergarten. They all looked so little, which reminded me of how my current students looked when the year began. They have all grown so much!

Please remember to send in the finished April homework calendars for a trip to the treasure chest.

Last week I showed the class this video for learning to tie shoes. I have used this with several kiddos and it usually learned quickly. Give it a try. Easiest Way to Tie Shoes

Snack and Leaders

Your child will come home with the Leader bag the night before his/her leader day. There is a notebook inside with directions for sharing both a snack with the class and a Show and Tell item. Please refer to the calendar in the back of your child's take home folder for leader and other important dates.
